Hi Hamlet,
You can change the style of Theme3 at files:
root > components > com_osproperty > templates > theme3 > listing.html.tpl.php and result.html.tpl.php
Thanks
Dam

Thank you.
The exact solution for my problem is :
To change the file
root > components > com_osproperty > templates > theme3 > listing.html.tpl.php
and comment out the row
echo $row->category_name_short;
But now I have another problem:
May upcoming updates of component, overwrite my changes or not ?

Hi Hamlet,
You can duplicate theme3, and you will have a copy version of Theme3. After that, you can make the modification on new Theme. In that case, your modification won't lose after installing newer OS Property version.
Thanks
Dam

Thank you for advice.
And would you please also show how to install duplicated theme.
Zipp the folder, download it, upload from osp control panel, and install didn't work.
