Clicking title link on Agent Property Page

My client has created some listings. When they are on their Agent property page with the listings, clicking the title rather than checking the box and clicking edit returns a blank area on the template. All template graphics are there, but edit property tabs are not. Checking the box and then clicking edit returns the proper edit page and tabs.

Also when we mouse over the title link it says. OS_VIEW_PROPERTY_STATISTICS
