Changing Font Awesome Icon & Latest Property color

Changing Font Awesome Icon & Latest Property color was created by Scott Fournier
Hello,
1) I am trying to figure out how to change these icons to other font awesome icons. I see that the css for these three icons is fa fa-tag, fa fa-cogs, and fa fa-arrows-alt. I need to change these to different fa icons but can not find where.
Is it in the administrator panel somewhere, or do I need to change them in a css or php file?
2) When I change the OSP Real Estate style theme to a different color, the background color remains orange in the "Latest Property" section as seen in the picture. I currently have it set to red and everything changed to red like it's supposed to, except for the latest property section. What do I need to do to fix this?
