To hide or delete the "Advanced Search" button on the search form you need to follow steps
Step1 Open file Root > modules > mod_ospropertysearch > tmpl > default.php. If this file is overwritten, Please go to the file Root > templates > your temp > html > mod_ospropertysearch > tmlp > default.php
Step2 Find " $advlink " and modify like the picture i send you
