Error uploading property images

Hi,

I did an update from version 2.0.6.3 to version 2.0.9 and the following error when uploading images :

" Error: Could not load image /var/www/jm-real-estate/images/osproperty/properties/14/thumb/141469879510v3.jpg! "

Hi Rishabh,
OS Property 2.0.6.3 is very old OS Property version. I am not sure it will work if you install newer OS Property version into existing old version like 2.0.6.3

i also try with fresh joomla with fresh OS Property Version 2.9.9 , but it is showing same error

You can submit ticket on category: OS Property and provide your site url with super admin account for checking the problem.

I also met the same situation.
I'm using Version 2.9.9.

It seems that the property's directory doesn't exist.
For Rishabh case, the directory "/var/www/jm-real-estate/images/osproperty/properties/14" is missing.

Are there any information about how to fix this?

Now, OS Property has different Slideshow, it's better than old Slideshow module. Have you tried it?

I don't enable Slideshow module.
This message is shown when I try to save a property after adding a picture of it.

I traced the code, and found some cause and a temporary fix.

But if I try to explain them, I need to write some php function.
when I write it, the web firewall may treat my post as malicious.

So I attached my message and how to fix with this post.

With this fix, it works fine for now, for me.
But I think this is just a patch, and there should be more suitable fix.
If I update my OS Property installation to Version 3.0.0, my fix will be overridden.
I hope that the os solution fixes this problem and reflects their work to the next release.
