Map not Appearing when toggling views on Listing

Problem. Map Search works perfect when accessed directly.

But if I go to a listings page and try to flip it to map view form the default list view, the listings appear but the map area is blank. I need to either get the map to show up properly or figure out a way to disable those buttons that allow changing to Grid / Map / KML at the top left of the listing. If they can't bring up the map, I don't want a button there. Same with the Grid/List flipping button. We don't like the styling of the grid view so I'd prefer to keep the visitors in the list view which we like very much.

Can I disable all three of those buttons? I disabled KML through OSP Themes edit, but the others I can't get rid of.
