File Corruped

Dear Team,

We have download the extension[Real Home Theme] by clicking the link which you have shared on email.
But we are getting some error, when you extract the file. Following are the error:
C:\xampp\htdocs\Distrss\Joomla!OSPRealHomes_template.zip: Checksum error in C:\xampp\htdocs\Distrss\OSPRealHome_template_manual.pdf. The file is corrupt
C:\xampp\htdocs\Distrss\Joomla!OSPRealHomes_template.zip: Checksum error in C:\xampp\htdocs\Distrss\OSPRealHome_template_manual.pdf. The file is corrupt

Also when we are trying to update the Joomla3.4 to 3.6 again the error is thrown.

Can you please help us ASAP

The OSP Real Homes package is quite big. So please make sure you can download it properly. Please try to download the package again and if it doesn't work. Please submit ticket and we will send file to you directly.

We have tried but same issue..Also we submitted the ticket . Ticket #47581
