There are quite a number of differences between Residential and Commercial real estate parameters.
I have addressed a number of them with Language Overrides - like "Agents" are called "Brokers".
I've included a couple of screenshots of a site that is used for Commercial listings in our state; it is subscribed to by all Commercial Brokers in our state.
Specifically, I need to have commas in my square footage listings.
Prices need to accommodate a range, rather than just a single number.
And I need to be able to add a list of Suites within a single strip mall or building.
Ideally, it would be wonderful if you had a configurable option to select between "Residential" and "Commercial" real estate fields.
