When I created another website, on another domain, it didn't work

I too have the same problem after upgrading my template and components the OS Map Search on home page no longer works. I get the following error:

Oops! Something went wrong.

Is there a fix for this?

I have received a mail from the Administrator.
He wrote to me :

Hi,

I have tried upgrading but the issue is still there for me - even after clearing cache. Having googled the error messsage:

Oops! Something went wrong. This page didn't load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

I found lots of posts relating to the google maps api, and the responses were saying that the use of the maps now require an api key, is this the case for OS Maps too? If so, I cannot see where an API key would be placed in the module.
