Property inquiry emails go to wrong address

This seems simple, but I can't find the problem.

When I set up the website the owner wanted to receive emails from the site. Now, she has stepped back and wants her 2nd in command to get the emails. I have removed the owner as an admin to the site, changed all the email address fields with the component to the correct person. The owner's email address is nowhere on the site, yet when someone inquires about a property the emails go to the owner and she has to forward to her manager.

What am I missing?

Hi Jeff,
In fact, i am a bit confusing with your problem. In general, when user fill the Request More details form, the system will send email to Owner of property. If your client is owner of property, he will receive the Request more details email.

Well, I don't know what to tell ya. These emails are still going to the old address, the one I have removed from everywhere on the site, as far as I can tell. I'll give you access. Maybe you can find the problem.
