Install Troubles

Hi, Everybody:

I have two install troubles: I failed to install the "photos.zip" and "TCPDF.zip", they both show:

"Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file."

"Error
Unable to find install package"

How I can do? BTW, I just update the latest Joomla version 3.5.1.

Hi Danny,
File: photo.zip is necessary when you install Sample data in OS Property. It is not Joomla module or plugin so you can't install it through Joomla installation manager.
File: TCPDF.zip is PDF library, you can read this forum topic to find the solution to use this library: joomdonation.com/forum/os-property-popul...utf8-characters.html
Both of files can't be installed through Joomla installation tool.

Thank you very much, I still have another question: how to select/setup the OP Property's templates? I can't find them.

BTW, I installed 9 mod_ .zip files, 1 com_ .zip file and 5 plg .zip files, or totally installed 15 .zip files, no more files to install, right?

I have a question: I have paid $34.99 to install the OS Property, but I can't find the OS Property template on Joomla’s dashboard, Does the OS Property package not include the OS Property template, so that I must buy a template on joomdonation.com/joomla-templates/os-pro...oomla-templates.html or other websites? Do the templates match the OS Property?

OS Property is Joomla extension, so it doesn't include any template in the package. The templates on: joomdonation.com/joomla-templates/os-pro...oomla-templates.html were built to work with OS Property, it doesn't mean those templates are included in OS Property package. Because you already purchase OS Property extension, so you will have discount if you want to have any template from us. Please submit ticket and we will show you how to pay for one template (in case you want)
