SOLVED !!! Missing lib.js from component download was created by Dan Gysel
We just did a fresh install of OS property from the latest download and it appears that the file lib.js is missing
(Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404) is missing.
We lose all styling when saving a property and have a page of links. Unsure if the items are related.
