Property feature status

Tell me please:
How an company admin account to add request for feature status of Property ?

Hello.
I really don't clear about your question, but if you want to have more feature of property, should go to OsProperty in backend => Other tab => Manage Convenience => add more Convenience.
After that, go to each property => Choose Convenience to show in Convenience tab on the right.
