You have not answered my question Why? I have completed my profile dont have no doubts that I am the owner of the site and domains. I'm finishing the site to get it going. It is not normal that someone take so long to set up a page but my skills are few and my little money to pay a technician. If that has bothered him I apologize. Please understand the situation.

OS Property doesn't have feature to install from Back-end side. Because if anyone have OS Property installed, they are also able to upgrade it.
To Upgrade OS Property, you need to click on My Downloads at the top to download latest OS Property version and install it at Back-end > Joomla Installation tool as other extension.
Before installing new OS Property version, you don't need to remove existing version and after installing latest OS Property version, your existing data won't lose.
