Hi Foma,
The filter form of OS Property doesn't have feature to add Custom fields. The Custom fields will only available in Advanced search form only.

It's all clear! But..... nothing is impossible, I just don't understand until the end, since I'm new, to pull the custom fields for quick search. Here and ask could you tell something about this!!!
