Property detail inconsistencies

I recognized there is an inconsistency in property details.
In property details (see file prop_details) the 2nd entry is the building dimension (in sqm or square feet) and the 3rd entry is the land size.
Unfortunately both entries take data from Land Information: in fact Lot Dimension should be the 3rd entry.
The 2nd entry should be taken from Building Info (last entry with total building area)
See files in attachment to get better idea.
How to fix this issue even for future component updates?
