Search Properties - Customised

Hello,
I would like the module for "Search Properties" to look like the one you have on your webpage ( osproperty.ext4joomla.com/ ).
I've managed to change the font size, size of the sidebar, colour of the borders in the style.css.

Where I struggle with:

1. The contents of the dropdown box is out of the box and too far to the left. I couldn't find anywhere to change this. See attached picture.
2. On your webpage the header (like floors, bedrooms) is part of the dropdown box. The module I've downloaded has separate headers (see screenshot). How can I change it to the example you have on your webpage?
3. On your webpage you have 3 sections: Basic Information, Address and Details. The module only provides Basic Information and Details. Could you send me the code to add the Address part, too? And a hint where to add the code?
4. The bottom bit (ospsearch) is ony customisable in terms of padding and borders in the style sheet. Where can I actually customise the buttons? Or remove the "Advanced Search" if I wanted to.
