Unable to add user in "manage company" or "agent"

Unable to add user in "manage company" or "agent" was created by Artemios
I cannot add Joomla users when managing company or agent. I click on "select user" I choose user and its not working. Any advice on that?

Hi,
This is the issue of OS Property old version (lower than 2.9.6) with Joomla 3.5.x. Please upgrade OS Property to latest OS Property version to solve the issue.

Hello how are you?

I have the same problem and my subscription has expired how do I solve the problem? The latest version I have is 2.8.1

Is there any solution?

Hi Alberto,
Your OS Property version 2.8.1 is very old. I advise you to re-purchase latest OS Property to get bug fixed. Because Google has just changed their policy, all Google's application need API key to work properly. And this issue is fixed in OS Property 2.9.9.
