Advanced Search - Default to ALL Property Types

I have a dropdown field in the advanced search with property types... For Sale, For Lease, Sold etc.

Is there a way to default this to 'ALL' types?
I have found the code in helpers/common.php Advanced search, but i need to know what code to amend so the above is possible.

In the module there is an option for this which is great, but not in the Advanced Search !

Yes that's correct, the property type in the advanced search layout. Currently it shows for sale, for rent and sold.

I want an option as default of All types

Yes it's already a drop down field. But it defaults to "for sale" which I don't want. Can it default to "all" ? So if you click the search button if finds all propertities.

To clarify....

On the quick search this field "Property Type" is defaulted to "ANY", and this is all i require for the same field in the Advanced Search.

Is this possible v 2.8.1?
