Hi
In backend, configuration->properties under comments I have that only logged in user can make a comment and that they can make more than one comment.
But in frontend in default template and template Theme 1 (theese are the two I have tested), user who is not logged in can make comments.
Is there something that I have overlooked or is this some kind of "bug" in the system?
