PayPal plugin

Is there an issue with the os_paypal plugin, vs 1.0 with regards to the new paypal standards? I received an email stating that I am not compliant with IPN verification postback to https.

I searched the forum but did not find anything that addresses the plugin.

I had the same notification but can't find anything in Payment Form that gives any configuration details (that I might check/change) or anything related to IPN.

I'm not sure if things will stop working in September 2016 or not...
