i have case i don't know how to fix it.

i have property for sale, and rent, Exchange

how i can assign the same property to each type without duplication.

I think in this case, you can use For Sale, For Rent, Exchange as Category object. In this case, you will able to assign the property for the categories.

Ok, i will do as you say but how i can fix rent amount and sale amount.

Hmm, we aren't able to setup the price amount for Categories.
In your case, you can only choise one of 2 options
1. Use Categories for (Rent, Sale ...) and aren't able to setup different price amount for categories
2. Continue using Property type, each property will only be assigned to one property type. And you will able to setup different price amount for differen types.
