Hi,
OS Property has 2 types of layouts
1. Themes
Themes are Property listing and Property details layouts. You can manage OSP Themes at Back-end > OS Property > Manage OSP Themes.
If you want to override the Theme, you can duplicate existing theme and making the modification on the copied theme.
2. Layouts
Other layouts like: Property Print, Pdf export, Agent list , Company list .etc are in: root > components > com_osproperty > helpers > layouts directory. You can create folder: root > templates > your_using_template > html > com_osproperty > layouts and copy layout files from OS Property component to this directory and making modification on those files. In that case, OS Property will use your overrided layout files and in future, when you install new OS Property version, your layout files won't be overwritten.
Thanks
Dam
