Hi,
You can setup menu to layout: OS Property > Favourite properties, it will show all user's favourite properties.

Hi,
To extend the timeout, please open file:

root > components > com_osproperty > js > ajax.js

Find
Code:
setTimeout('closeDiv(\'notice!\')', 5000);
and increase 5000 to 10000 (10 seconds) if you need.
