Property listing layout not showing

I created a menu entry with which I wish to show all the properties I have in my portfolio, listed from the latest to the oldest.
I have chosen the Property Listing Layout, i selected the company, the state id( indicating simply the id number e.g. 68), the OSP theme (1 and enabled it) but......

I was expecting to get the list of properties but in the component space I only get a blank page.
The same happen even if I choose the Front Page Layout.

I also published the Quick search module on the right hand bar and if i click SEARCH without any filter selection I get the list of all my properties I published.

What am I doing wrong that I do not get anything when I click on the menu item I created? :dry:

I'm using XAMPP as local server.
Would be better to upload on a remote server or may you use Teamviewer?

The best solution is uploading your site into live server. And we will able to check the issue quickly.
