Hi!
where can I deactivate the captcha and the that the clients have to check the terms&conditions in the request form for the properties?

Hi Thomas,
Currently, OS Property doesn't have feature to deactivate captcha and term& condition. But we can help you to do it, pleae submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. We will help you to implement it
