onChange event on Search Properties

Hello!
We uses the module for searches and we want it that the result is refreshing after a category or multiple categories are chosen.
And the second filter is the country. There should also refresh the results after changing the value.

Is there a plugin or anything to get to the goal?

Unfortunately, the Search module doesn't have feature to submit the form after selecting one search criteria.
