OS Calendar was created by Dave Collerton
I already have an older version of OS Property but rather than update I am looking at your RETA bundle and then adding OS Calendar as we want to both sell and offer for rent. In fact, we are already a big rental company (villas and apartments) so selling properties here is the add on rather than rentals. Anyway, my questions.
1. Is there any possible way that OS Calendar could utilise ICAL to link to our Rental Management PMS system? Here we maintain the calendars for every property linking these, via XML and ICAL to over 20 rental partners. If not possible today, could OS Calendar link to ical perhaps with some custom work?
2. Can OS Calandar add a calendar to every property in OS Property?
3. Can a client do a global request for availability with all "available" properties then being listed?
4. Is there a demo site to see this OS Calendar in action?
Regards
David

Thank you and I did find the demo etc. However, I can't see an answer to this question.

Dear Dang Thuc Dam!
I use yours module 'mod_ospropertyavailabilitysearch' of 'com_oscalendar'.
I ran into a problem which I can't to solve myself.
I enter book_from and book_to dates for search.
When search completed in a result I see all the same offers but in detail information appear either date range and management items or message contact with owner.
Contact with owner message means that I can't order this offer because this date range has some dates not availiable for booking.
I would like to get as a result of search were shown only Offers that available for booking and which are in this date range.
I don't how to do it.
Could you help me in my problem.
P.S.
I think that Room Access item was not included to system of search.
Maybe I'm wrong.

Hi Nikolay,
The search function of OS Calendar doesn't search the availability for rooms of properties. Because it is very difficult to search availability status of each rooms in OS Calendar. From OS Calendar 6.0, the component already supports Properties renting. So we will consider to add feature to allow customers to search the availability status of properties in OS Property component.
Thanks
Dam
