SOLVED !!! Cannot Embed Video

Hi,

I am trying to embed our videos from youtube using the HTML code generated from youtube however on clicking 'save' the response is as follows:

"Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /index.php/agents/edit-profile could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Can you help please, it is urgent as we need to start uploading properties.

Hi String,
This is the problem your hosting while it doesn't allow to submit the form with HTML value field. When you enter the Embed code of Video for property, it includes the HTML code and submit the form, your hosting will prevent form submitting. You can contact with hosting admin to solve this problem.
