Limiting Search by Location

I'm wondering if it's at all possible to limit the auto complete of the following serach dialog to specific areas:
prntscr.com/8w82bn

For example, "Playa" could be "Playa de Las America", "Playa de Paraiso" but neither of these appear. The search is set to global and I need something a little more local if possible.
