Request more details, adding "REF #"

Hello mister , thanks for you attentions, the problem is this:

i use "theme1" for site and in listing page non problem, ref # is in title line (see image gc_01....)
in details page , there isn't ref # in ttile line (see image gc_02...)

for form, the problem is this, if you open the tabs with select default , there is ref # and title, but if change a select , change a messagge in textarea and ref # disappears and remains messagge with title
(see image gc_03 and image gc_04)
