SOLVED !!! Linking Prospects to Properties

The new site I am developing Using OS Property is great and easy to manipulate and I was with the client om Saturday whene he pointed out one feature of their existing system that would make the new one a world beater in their eyes and I thought I might ask if there's a way to do this.

If a prospect expresses an interest in a property they can be notified if other similar properties become available or other properties that fit certain criteria such as location, number of beds, price range etc.

What I am going to do is create different newsletter lists for the website users to sign up to but this will be very general and based only on location.

Could we achieve what we want with OS Property by any chance...?

OS Property has the Email Alert, this allows you to setup the function to send the notification emails with new properties to customers who created their search list.
In Advanced search function, an registered user can save their search parameters. And OS Property has the function to check new properties if those properties match with the saved list, it will send the notification to customer.

I'm wondering if we could perhaps add to this functionality in a later release so an admin in the front end could open up all saved searches and update the user details with more information, kind of a mini CRM if you like...
