clarifications on Themes combination and user type

Hi,

This is a great component. Thanks for new release which has got good features.
But I have few questions as below:

Themes combination
How to do it? any doc? i dont find any options to include theme1 features in theme3 for example

user type:
can we assign joomla user group for usertype?. for example i have 3 joomla user group as landlords, sellers, realtors, can i choose them and assign to user type?

The Theme combination feature is mentioned in Documentation of OS Property > Part: Front-end > Layout: Property Listing layout
User type: Unfortunately, OS Property doesn't have feature to assign Joomla user group to user types in OS Property. User type will be assigned to one Joomla user group
