Hi Martinus,
What did you changed with OSP Real Estate, it's total difference with the original version of template. Please remember that we won't be responsible with any issues that come from your modification. In other case, we will only can re-install the whole Quickstart version to make the template to work as demo site.
Thanks
Dam

No, I did not changed radically, and i have consulted with you to change certain things. The point is, the site was working fine in the past, then something happen, but now, seem like i have found permission issue. I've created original server on mine running PHP 5.3, see below:
etb.basegraphics.pl - this is working fine.
However, on my client server recently upgraded to PHP 5.6, I'm running into permission issue, unable to change any permission.
www.etbmanagement.co.uk - component/css is not read
As i investigate this further, i got this error 403 when trying to access:
www.etbmanagement.co.uk/components/com_o...sets/map_magnify.png
Should I upgrade the Joomla template (currently on Joomla! 3.3.1) to make it work? do you have any ideas to solve this?
Thanks for your time.

Hi Martin,
You need to contact with hosting admin to ask them how to allow to access to folders in components > com_osproperty > images, style, js
Thanks
