Hi Bosman,
In the layout: Property listing layout, we have option to sort properties by Price, Title, Ref ..etc Have you tried it?

In the horizontal menu -- selection -- vente i have put the property listing layout

But there is no ordering?

In photo15, if you click on tab: Other Setting, you will see the dropdown Order by and Sort by

Sorry, i am really sorry but that doesn't work more?
The other settings of the menu are in order but the sort is always by created date
