[SOLVED] Quick Search Module and Search Properties was created by Daniel Czech

Hi, I really like design and functionality of your template. I have started to modify small details.
Could you please help me with following?

QUICK SEARCH MODULE
I would like to change search by keyword to SEARCH BY CATEGORY with drop down list. People will have opportunity to choose. Please see pics 1.

SEARCH PROPERTIES MODULE
I would like to disable Show Agent/Owner field. Please see picture pics 2.
When I set this option in ADMIN for NO, please see pics 3.
Than CATEGORIES filter is not displayed at all. Please see pics 4.
So my question is how I can disable just USER TYPE filed in search property module.
