Charging Agents

Hi guys

Something I'd like to do with a future project using OS Property:

1. Allow users to create their own agent account
2. Allow them to post properties
3. Charge them for the above
4. Add an additional charge for featured properties

Can you suggest how I might best do this...?

Hi,
OS Property 2.9.1 will be released soon (this week or next week). OS Property 2.9.1 comes with break expections. OS Property will have more user types like: Realtor, Builder, Broker, Seller, Landlord.
Normal Joomla user can add properties at front-end without register to become agent.
And in future, OS Property 2.9.x, the Point system will be added into OS Property, user will purchase points, and when they add properties (stadard and featured), their points will be deducted
