Accessing a User's Favourites List

Other than through the database, is it possible for a regular admin user to access the favourites list of the website users...?

If a user registers an account they can create a "Favourites" list of properties.

This is stored in the DB as per the above image with their user ID and property ID. I was just wondering if it were possible to access this so we could say send users a newsletter or mail when similar properties were available...?

I don't have a problem hand coding a solution for the client but just thought it might be a nice feature to add to OS Property.

As i throught, you already know how the MySQL Table that contain the User's favourite properties. And from this table, you can export the user lists for your Newsletter tool. Currently, we don't have plan to implement Newsletter tool for Favorite list.
