Я только что скачал и установил 2.9.0 Os Property и joomla 3.4.3, ничего не изменилось!
I just downloaded and installed the OS Property 2.9.0 (the link from the email) on 'clean' joomla 3.4.3, and nothing has changed! I note that with admin panel this problem is not observed!

Thanks! I determined that the problem in the Russian localization! Having written in English (OS_AJAXUPLOAD_DRAGNDROPHINT="* Note that Drag and Drop may not be supported with your browser." and OS_AJAXUPLOAD_SELECT_IMAGES="Select or drop images here for upload *") it worked as it should! Is it possible to somehow solve this problem? Thanks!
