We are developing a Site dedicated exclusively to 5 German States/Provinces.
Since the 3 fields available (country, State, City) for setting the location were not enough for our needs we used the country field for displaying these States/Provinces in order to gain an extra field which we need
Now we have realized that the same country list appears as a selection field in the registration but as I said before we do not have now any country but our 5 German provinces so that nobody else can register in the Site more than the ones who lives in this States.
How can we solve the problem?
Beside this we see that in the registration form only the country is a required field and this is not possible in Europe to register a Real Estate company in a Web Site without submitting the full legal address
