May I know why we have two comments available? what i sthe purpose of it? is the inbuilt commnets purley to support ratings only?

Hi,
OS Property has separated Rating & Review system, but some customers don't want to use it because they are using Jcomment extension, and they want to integrate JComment with OS Property. That's the reason we make the plugin for JComment component.
