Issues in Template OSP Real Homes

Hello,

first of all I want to say that you built the best solution for managing properties. Thanks for the great solution!

I use the template "Real Homes" with OS-Property and I've 6 Issues:

1) In the template between the menu position and the map position is a "0". Could you tell me how I can remove this zero, please?

2) How can I change the button text for the map module "SEARCH PROPERTIES". I found the language string in the language folder and in the php

file of the module and I've changed it, but there is no other text.

3) Could you tell me, how can I change the icons "bathrooms" and "bedrooms" below the images (<li class="property-icon-bath meta-block"><i

class="os-icon-bathroom os-2x"></i>). I use the theme 1 and I saw that there is a font used: "font-os". Is there a list of all available icons in

this font-familiy? Then I would change the class into a new icon name. Or is there an other solution to show other icons instead of this?

4) Where or how can I change the number of room that are available for submitting a listing? Actually for the Field "Rooms" there are 20 rooms

possible, for the Field bathrooms 10 and bedrooms 10. Ore could I set this fields to a text field? What is the better way?

5) If I open a listing and go to the box with the agent, then I can click on the agent title, but the link goes to

eventrooms.de/locations/properties-for-rent and not to the agents site.

6) How can I disable the sticky menu when I scroll the page down? And is there any solution to use a small logo in the sticky menu?

Please click on My downloads to get OSP Real Homes 3.1, please install template (installation version) and OS Property again to get problems: 1 and 5 solved.
With point 2, you can change the word "Search properties" in file: templates > osprealhomes > html >mod_osmapsearch > default.php
Point 3, you can use Inspect Element tool of Firefox browser to find the CSS classname and file address to modify the icon.
Point 4, you can add new rooms by modifying PHP functiom dropdropRoom in file: components > com_osproperty > helpers > helper.php
Point 6, please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. I will help you to remove the sticky menu.

Hi Dam,

the Zip-File ist broken if I want to extract the Quickstart package. Could you check this please.

I've testet to solve my issues with the modified template. The "0" in the map module is allready showing. But if I update the mod_mapsearch then is the issue solved.

Another problem: I've changed the roomdropdown code from 20 into 5000, because I want to use one field for persons. I need a persons field for location listing e.g. eventroom. All good, but now I get a blank frontend page for my domain?!
Is there a problem withe the database if I change the dropdownroom value?
