Can I put header text in Property Listing?

On a page of my site, I use the menu item "OS Property >> Layout: Property listing layout" in order to display all of my featured properties. I want the page to show all of these featured properties, but I want to be able to clearly show site visitors which properties are of a different type.

Basically, I want it as follows:


FOR RENT:
(listings for properties that are for rent)
FOR SALE:
(listings for properties that are for sale)


I attached a picture to this post to try and show it that way.

Is this possible to do with OS Property? If it's not inherently possible, do you have any idea how I could code it in?
