Hi Maqsood,
To update OS Property, you only need to install the upgrade version from Joomla Installation Manager tool. But if you already modified something in OS Property, you must re-do them again after installing update version.

Isn't there a way to update OSProperty without the changes that i have done (such as translation) to maintain and not be lost?

Hi,
You need to backup the language files in case you want to upgrade OS Property to latest version. After installing the upgrade, you can restore the language files and make the update with them through Translation tool at Back-end of component
