Improvements, can this be considered in future release?

1) similar like education.com api used for USA, can this feature be used in UK by using any other available api?

2) Search functionalities need lot more improvements. Currently this is designed keeping in mind for USA region. Most of

the very popular real estate sites have radius (distance) based search features. Ths is missing here. Instead of having a

dropdown for country, state and cities (which is basically old school method, the best way to do is just having an Ajax

based serchbox (just like in google map in current home page) where you type address/postcodes and it will populate all

relevant names and you search. Then you have another text box where you need to enter distnace in miles/kms. Then you

search which will display all properties within that distance range. This is a must feature on Find properties module and

on home page. I hope Dang understands it and include this in future release. If not I am ready to pay for this work by

him.

3) currently it supports only agents or owners. we should think outside of the box, make it more flexible. This is a

wonderful components with limitless possiblities. Would be good if we have control in backend/admin where people will

enter different groups and asociate with joomla groups. This way it will open unlimited possibilities of including

tenants, landlords, buyers and property developer with different joomla group. I dont understand why this is designed this

way. I will appreciate the had work of Dang, but I think this needs definitely a better design.

4) Spam email protection is not enough here, anybody can easily spam wih the current structure. we need to think a better

way to handle this, like google nocaptcha or recaptcha.

7) How can I have video fields for agents or owners to upload the ads with videos.

1) I am using the default template that comes with os real homes. How can I place Agent's contact number in the property

advertisement lists and in property detail page under the either photos or under the agent name visible under the price. Please see the attachment for this.

-> We can't add any information bellow the Google Map, so that we can only add that information in the description field.

-> OS Property doesn't have feature to show Openning hour in agents list and detail page

-> I am not sure with your idea, currently, the contact number is being shown in Agent/ Company details and list page.

-> The search module of OSP Real Estate is the Search form + Google Map. We can't add it on Home + slideshow frontpage

-> In Default theme, at the top of listing page, you will see the buttons to switch to Map and Grid view.

-> As i answered you through Pre-sale forum topic, OS Property only has Agent/ Owner user types, so that you should know it before deciding to purchase OSP Real Homes, right? By the way, i will note your idea for future improvement.

-> In OS Property 2.8.4, the captcha function will be updated to avoid spam

-> Currently, OS Property doesn't have feature to upload videos for properties. They only can add the embed Youtube code for properties

1) I added the attachment. Thanks for your very speedy reply.
2) what I mean to say is to get the nearest railways stations automatically from google map and displays it. Not to be entered manually in he backend by agent or owner.

6) I did not see any buttons on the default template coming with the os real homes. Please see the attachment for which template i m using. can u pls send me screenshot where it is showing.

3) Yes Dang, I know it very well before buying, but these are all the suggestions for future improvements. It would be also good for os property to be unique of its kind and distinguish its position form the rest.
