Get Directions not using postcode

The get directions feature is directing the user to other towns and random places rather than the actual address of the properties. In the property details I have set up the address, postcode and map location correctly, with the icon on the correct address location. For one property it takes me to a random location in the countryside, and on others it takes me to a street with the same name in another town, ignoring the one in the same town. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong, but I can't find the setting to send the Google API the postcode rather than street name. Thanks

Hi Andy,
In Property Get direction feature, user will enter their location, and OS Property will submit that address of user and address of property to Google API. And Google will return the Map with the route back. We don't have any setting in this function. Of course, in some cases, Google API doesn't work properly and it may return wrong data. But we can't do anything in those cases. Hope you understand.

The address of property is being setup like this format: Address, City, Postcode, State, Country
