Hi Dam,

Any ideas why the image on all emails doesn't show? (see screenshot)



Its a silly thing but annoying!

where can i find this in the template to either fix or remove?

Hi Jim,
In some Email software, the pictures aren't shown as default, and we must select option to show the items from Remote Content. In that case, the pictures will be shown normally.

My settings are set to display all external images, but this one never shows.
Not to worry its not that important
