Hello:
How to register a company through OS Membership. Because when we register a company through OS Property and assign it an admin, the admin can do everything but cannot add property because he is not assigned any subscription plan. How to work this out?

Hi,
OS Property has the layout called : Company register. You can register to become company administrator and you will be able to add properties at front-end
Thanks
Dam

This is true when there is no Membership Pro involved. My question is when Membership Pro is activated and all the necessary plugins are activated as per your instructions in the manual, the company admin does not have any active plan (for Membership Pro) so he cannot add property (because he is not on any plan). He can add and edit agents and edit company profile, but he cannot add properties and is directed towards the membership plans pages to register for a plan.

Hi,
Have you created the plans for company administrator yet? Because Company administrator still need to purchase subscription plans when they want to add properties.
Thanks
Dam

Hi Dam,
Yes I have created plan for company admin and assigned it to the joomla user group at the backend. Still the same issue. I have also even created a separate registration form from Membership Pro which lets the user sign in to the company admin plan, but then OS Property does not recognize that as company. What to do..?
Thank you
