Search property like in professional websites

hello,
i´m able to create a new search field eg. "nbed" (OS_BEDROOMS) for rooms but its not correct what i did. it shows 20 rooms. at present its under commponents/osproperty/helpers/common.php near row 3015

i input:
wrong is show_categoryfilter and i can choose 20 rooms - like have the same in advanced search with 1+ / 2+ / 3+ /4+

it work, but not correct like in advanced search.

Please one of this forum member help me...

Hi Eismann,
The Advanced search function of OS Property has both Rooms, Bathrooms and Bedrooms filtering. Why do you need to add new more Bedroom filtering?

because your modul "find property" dont work correct. its always make a NEW SEARCH. on no internet side u find it like so.
your customer of osproperty are waiting for a modul which expand / DELIMIT the aims when side shows propertys of one city.

when i search for citys i will NOT use the advanced search, like all other cutsomer. its COMPLICATED. i will search within the citys and not in advanced search. on all property side in US and Europe u will find it as a STANDARD. but osproperty dont know this simple delimited search in citys.

people like to click in the aims, they dont like using a advanced search. they like to see some pictures whith propertys. after they choose a city they take a look and say : ah... to expensive... so they use the price slider to delimit say how much money the have. after it people say: ah... a like a pool... or like 5 rooms. BUT ITS NOT POSSIBLE... "find property" always make a NEW SEARCH...
and what do the customer... they say ... bad side... i canot search like erverywhere. so people go to the next internetproperty side...

to have success with property side we must be better than other property sides!
i dont want to play with osproperty i will use it professional

please, other forum user... say anything about it. it cannot be that only some user missed this standard function!
"Find Property" will be the best to programmed it correct... but it doesnt work by myself...!!!!

thats what we need (see LEFT side, where u can dislimit aims only in london). u see, very easy

if we dont can correct this problem i can´t spent more money in this and other systems from your company. i need later in 2 months the OSholiday and a membership plugin with paypal for existing website.
but if we dont solve this i will have the same problem for further sites with osproperty on my running website.

your system is very good and can make many things, but "find property" is a knockout for beeing better than other property side.
business is hard u know?!

yes, wonderfull.. but i need it so far as possible... not in next version...

i ask u in many tickets how much it cost when u do it ... please write the costs in one of my (pending?) ticket.

sorry dam, but i cant extend my system with other languages i have in osproperty, before we havent correct it.

and my plan with the other osholiday (with calender and paypal systems ) goes to hell.

We will have beta version 2.8.3 on next week, i will send it to you when i complete it, so you don't need to pay anything to get that feature. By the way, i advise you need to complete with OSP Real Homes before continue with OSP Holiday because that is complicate template and you will have quite a lot potential issues with OSP Holiday.
