Upgrading to version 2.8.2 was created by Wendy Manning
There is no information in the manual about Upgrading to a new version of OS Property.

I have downloaded the zip file and unzipped.

Is it necessary to re-install all components, modules, plugins , and other ?

I have just noticed the page numbers on the bottom are all arrows again, you seem to have missed this from the update.
